As a cloud marketing analyst at Google Operations Center, I leverage my Research and Analytical skills in detail oriented projects to create and deliver right information that can help generate revenue for the organisation with the various services that we provide at Google. I also analyze and optimize data using data-driven insights and best practices to generate leads. Before joining Google, I worked as a subject matter expert and an associate at Amazon, where I contributed to the development and implementation of various customer service and operational excellence initiatives. I supported the training and coaching of new hires, resolved complex customer issues, and improved the quality and efficiency of service delivery processes. I received multiple recognitions and awards for my outstanding performance and leadership at Amazon.I hold a Bachelor of Engineering degree from Osmania University, Hyderabad, where I developed a strong foundation in engineering principles, project management, and problem-solving. I am passionate about learning new technologies and skills, and I seek opportunities to apply my knowledge and experience to challenging and innovative projects.
