Awareness and implementation of COVID awareness program, organisation of COVID Vaccination camps in 8 districts of Uttar Pradesh.Monitoring and analysing of overall work,team handling, Report writing, Meeting with CBOs and funders, Liasoning with govt official and stakeholders to check discrepancy in real time data.Inspections if field to check the smooth functioning of the camps.We have covered 6 lakh people during this campaign

I was working in one of the project of UNICEF( SAMBHAV) .It was a vast project which was implemented among 30 urban slums of lucknow with multiple themes which includes gender,wash,COVID, child protection,SHGs, Govt policies.As an communication coordinator i was responsible for making communication plans and implementation,C4D, field visits, report writing, documentation, presentation ,collection of data, meetings with govt officials, liasoning with different stakeholders and departments.

My Duties as Junior Program Officer-1. Responsible for documentation, report writing, publishing brochures, coordinationwith other branch offices, liaison & coordination with Government & other NGOs &creating a platform for working on grassroots with the people on the multiplegovernment schemes and access to law and justice.2. To organize training, meetings, workshops and pieces of training withintellectuals (lawyers, Teachers, Doctors, students, government officials) ondifferent issues in the field and increase their capacities3. Responsible for monitoring & evaluation of partner organization’s works on legal aid in the 15 districts of UP and Uttarakhand also monitoring the work of community 4. Working to Conceptualize and coordinate structured Training with civil society members and government stakeholders on women’s human rights and law.5. Coordinating linkages with a pool of community-based organizations and lawyers atthe district levels in Uttar Pradesh and Uttarakhand for strengthening access tojustice for women and marginalized communities at the grassroots within arights-based framework.6. Responsible for capacity building workshops on the law and its usage, Preparing,publishing and distributing materials to support capacity-building efforts,coordinating with legal and human rights institutions, documentation of violations,disappearances and state action in identified areas.7. Responsible for Providing community members with information and training ongaining access to government services, in addition to holding rights-based and legalworkshops.8. Follow-up of the training activities of the local women, regarding issues related tothe leadership, contact the concerned officer with the woman and make a complaintand follow-up to support other activities of the community initiative program
