- Develop marketing campaigns to promote a product, service or idea. The role also includes various marketing operations & online marketing activities such as planning, advertising, organizing events (online), and research. - Produce sales tools including brochures, sales guides, white papers and presentations- Execute internal and external research of services needs and opportunities to produce written analysis and clear summarization- Gather information and content for newsletters, presentations, and planning to produce draft and finalized material- Develop web content in draft and final form to support Services positioning- Develop draft and final training presentations and documentation as part of service offering launch process

- Conceptualizing, ideating and writing content for marketing collateral including research briefs, white papers, press releases, news items, and articles.- Conduct internal and external research of relevant data to produce written analysis & clear summarization.- Drafting newsletters informing clients of upcoming and recently published/completed events and sending other campaigns and newsletters - Copywriting, editing and proof-reading all marketing material.

- Build relationships with members/prospects through demonstration of in-depth institutional knowledge, understanding of specific institutional needs/priorities and application of surface-level research solutions.- Navigate CEB’s membership offerings on behalf of the institution, ensuring the appropriate product is provided to meet the member need- Educate members/prospects on the benefits of CEB's products and services through compelling articulation of our business model and value proposition- Create customized account plans for each institution, outlining service delivery and revenue growth strategies for existing and potential memberships within the institution.- Collaborate with Executive Advisors to ensure targeted and substantive content solution delivery.- Utilize existing member relationships to navigate within the institution and generate/contact new business leads.- Evaluate prospects' business needs and present appropriate mix of CEB products- Determine appropriate tactics to drive urgency in sales cycle, including trial meetings/ teleconferences, guest website access, discounting, etc.

- Conduct primary and secondary research related to the tactical and strategic challenges of clients- Research internal archives and external databases to compile customized research packets, author executive briefs, and write organization case studies in response to clients’ business challenges. - Conduct telephone interviews with senior executives from client organizations around the world to gain in-depth perspectives and reasoning behind the implementation of specific business practices, and compile into research reports. - Respond to inbound research inquiries by individual member organizations whose needs for data and solutions are pressing.- Act as a liaison and arrange networking discussions between clients and industry experts on topics of common interest. Accordingly, build relationships with some of the most senior global executives. - Contribute to departmental and firm initiatives by strengthening relationships with existing members, building content expertise, and creating innovative product offerings (e.g. benchmarking tools, decision support centers, meetings and teleconferences, etc) to the membership.

- Carrying out comprehensive research on companies detailing out business domain, primary and secondary industry classification, services and products and past records - Updating the database of Capital IQ and ensuring the reliability and accuracy of the data on an ongoing basis- Extensive use of Search Techniques and Tools Like Factiva, Lexis Nexis and optimum utilization of resources like company websites, annual reports, SEC filings, Company registers etc- Regular Interaction with Mergers and Acquisition team involving keeping a track on fresh deals, extracting financial terms from sources such as press releases and e-journals and forwarding the information to the concerned teams.
