Our clients choose us as their principal partner for all their talent acquisition needs as deliver our services with speed reliably, across the globe.At Avance, we are passionate and driven to create high performance teams, who can shape the future.We apply our expert industry knowledge across the globe to grow, redefine and streamline teams to produce the results you need.Responsibilities:Holding 4 Years of total IT Experience and 2+ years of Technical Recruiter experience with a proven track record of sourcing, engaging, and securing top talent across the APAC Region.(Australia,Singapore,Malaysia,Japan,Hongkong,china,Philippines,Taiwan)Understanding job, identifying, creating key words for Searching Resumes on Job Portal, Screening Resumes and holding initial discussion with the candidates through email and over the telephone.Finding and matching prospective candidates by telephone, e-mail and the Internet to determine skills, experience, and areas for geographic employment, preferences, and availability with the requirement.Evaluate candidates against the requirements to ensure good matchEnsure resume appropriately reflects experience and requirement.Conduct initial interviews by phone to determine experience and skill level. Negotiate Salaries/Rates with Consultants. Ensure that adequate numbers of qualified candidates are submitted for all assigned client requirements in a timely manner.Coordinate submitting and interviews as instructed by manager and client. Follow up on the shortlist. Regular follow up for the feedback.Hiring technical roles like Software Architects, Developers, Testers, Business Analysts – Technical & Functional (Banking, Payments, Insurance, Telecom etc), Network Architects & Engineers, Infrastructure IT professionals, Cloud Architects.
