With education in Therapeutic Recreation/ Recreation Therapy, I learned how to design and implement engaging activities that promote physical, emotional, and cognitive well-being for various populations. I applied this knowledge as a Recreation Aide at Schlegel Villages and a Client Service Facilitator at Alzheimer's Society Peel, where I worked with elderly residents in long-term care facilities and people living with dementia. I am passionate about enhancing the quality of life for others and fostering authentic relationships. As a Business Development Associate at Cross Merge Services, I contributed to the growth and expansion of the company by identifying new markets, evaluating acquisition opportunities, and presenting joint ventures. I used my communication, negotiation, and marketing skills to build strong relationships with potential partners and clients, and to deliver convincing and professional proposals.I am an innovative thinker who discovers more efficient ways to grow company assets by recommending feasible strategic ideas. I believe that successful and consistent results are achieved by a skilled communicator and a convincing negotiator who uses honesty and professionalism. I also believe that the best way to predict my future is to create it.
