Served as the Head of Reference and Instruction services for the CalArts Library. - Independently planned, developed, and assessed an embedded and scaffolded information literacy curriculum for beginning and advanced researchers - Provided experiential, object-based primary source literacy instruction utilizing the Library’s Special Collections materials - Taught the Library’s first credit-baring course, Art of the Book, focusing on book history and book art techniques - Planned, developed, and assessed the CalArts Library’s reference program - Planned and installed Library exhibitions highlighting Special Collections materials - Served as primary selector for literary and general subject areas - Stewarded donors, collections, and gift funds

With the Director, oversaw all operations for a robust professional development program. Provided leadership, management, and strategic direction for the School, assisting in curriculum development, fundraising efforts, and workflow standardization. - Led complete brand refresh, including logo updates and a new website build- Provided high-level administrative support to the Director- Worked closely with the Director in strategizing curriculum development for new radical, social justice-oriented courses- Oversaw all human resources and procurement needs- Managed outreach and marketing efforts across email and social media channels
