Key achievements:  Financial closing, consolidation and reporting for stock exchange, local regulatory. Streamlining of process to enable filing of quarterly results two weeks earlier than previously. Supervision of finance departments in global subsidiaries, outsourced financial consultants. Establishing a structure with the flexibility to provide local expertise whilst meeting corporate requirements. Local reporting deadlines never missed. SEC and investor relations reporting (IR). All reports and press releases are written or reviewed to ensure quality English prose. Reports to Management and Board of Directors. Periodic and bespoke reports to facilitate corporate decision making, e.g. analysis of different service revenue streams to drive strategic efforts. Financial support for strategic corporate developments, e.g. carve-out and sale of legacy business. Collaboration with operations departments to ensure best financial practice. Through implementation of revenue recognition policy, bad debt reserve has decreased even while revenues have multiplied; warranty expenses benchmark established and successfully reduced.

In the Jerusalem office I worked with a NASDAQ-traded internet company, leading integrated audits of the financial statements and SOX attestation.In August 2008 I transferred to the Haifa office where I worked with a TASE 25 company in the energy sector, as well as dual listed high-tech companies.

My role involved leading a team of auditors in mapping clients' financial processes and risk assessment . The team then designed internal controls over financial reporting required by the client to minimise the risks identified.Clients included companies, government ministries, hospitals and other bodies.
