I'm a Supply Chain professional having spent over 5 years with Nestle Canada in logistics primarily managing the relationship between Nestle and their third party warehouses. My education majoring in Supply Chain Management at Humber College in Toronto and four years practical experience on the warehouse floor at both UPS and DHL has ingrained me with Lean ideals in optimizing processes. Always looking for improvement and waste reduction opportunities, rigorous reviews of KPIs have resulted in over 20 problem solving projects within Nestle producing cost savings, time savings, streamlined processes and an award in 2024 for 'Project Liberte' - maximizing container cube utilization for international waters loads.I'm interested in Supply Chain innovation, technology and philosophies. I'm an in-house certified Go-See-Think-Do (GSTD) problem solving coach, pursuing white-belt DMAIC certification. My curiosity in AI and automation have led me to being part of the Nestle automation team where I manage and construct bots through power query, automation anywhere and power automate in order to streamline previously manual and laborious processes.I'm building my career path specializing in logistics and warehousing to eventually be a Logistics director and consultant.My specialties include; inventory control, LEAN, DMAIC, quality assurance, automation, SAP and managing standards, people, processes, and KPIsI aim to expand my network, continue to pursue my goals, and succeed in my Supply Chain endeavors.
