During my time at Jack Morton, I delivered a vast range of events and brand experiences, from major televised public events and opening/closing ceremonies to global product launches for consumer electronics industry leaders and stunning automotive shows. I also worked on smaller consumer events in shopping centres, exhibition stands, conferences in hotel ballrooms, and immersive experiences in unconventional spaces.The venues I worked in were just as diverse, spanning safari parks, disused airports, the banks of the Thames, racetracks, city-centre shopping malls, football stadiums, nightclubs, modern congress centres, and even underneath a clipper ship. Key responsibilities included selecting and managing suppliers, scrutinising health and safety measures, negotiating added value and savings, and ensuring the project stayed on budget while delivering exceptional results.

Led the delivery of a major public event as part of the Liverpool ONE 2010 calendar, managing all aspects from fundraising and technical production to stakeholder engagement, artists, and the project team.Key achievements include:🎉 Secured sponsorship to make the event entirely free for the public🎤 Managed the procurement of staging, sound, lighting, security, and site services🛡️ Developed comprehensive Event Safety Plans and liaised with the Safety Advisory Group and Joint Agency Group (emergency services, landowners, highways, licensing, council, and key stakeholders)🎶 Curated a two-day festival programme, sourcing artists and acts📣 Oversaw city-wide marketing, including print production and distribution of promotional materials👥 Led the project team and on-site production crew throughout the event
