Independent Advisor at Sport Integrity Matters working within the County FA networking, supporting with CFA Disciplinary Processes, which includes investigating allegations of aggravated offences, serious cases as match official, match abandonment's and participant misconduct.Within this role, I am also the Discipline Manager for Basketball England overseeing their disciplinary processes and assisting the businss in their Intergrity Policy's and Procedures to ensure a fair and transparent disciplinary process for participants involved in the game. This also involves sitting as secretary for disciplinary hearing and appeal boards.

During my time as a Secretary on the National Serious Cases Panel, I supported The FA in their delivery of aggravated breaches of discipline by participants and the respective hearing's that took place.My role required me to be kept up to date on FA Governance Guidelines in order to appropriately advise the commission on governance when required, as well as ensuring the smooth operations of the hearing both prior to commencement but also after and during.

I built and maintain the website as well as other graphics required for the company. I organise a team of 3 who each are in charge of other aspects such as Social Media and certain graphics work

I was responsible for collating the weekly results from games that were scheduled in order to record and publish each week. If clubs had not completed to online form I had to contact them in order to receive this data. As Registration officer I was responsible for recording the data of over 800 players. This included safely recording personal data of players from Under10s football to Under 18s football. I had to keep this securely and protected due to the sensitive nature of the data.
