I've been privileged to work with household name authors, publish Sunday Times bestsellers, and lead multiple imprints/divisions to profitable growth and improved market share. In my current role at SPCK, where I lead a talented team of 50 people, I have overseen our transformation into the UK's leading independent Christian publisher, we have grown our revenues 2.5x, and we have twice been shortlisted for Independent Publisher of the Year at the British Book Awards.I love working in publishing because of the combination of creative and commercial skillsets that is required.
