I am currently a staff accountant at Myers and Stauffer, L.C. where I perform cost report audits on Colorado Nursing Facilities and Community Mental Health Centers. While completing my Bachelor of Accounting degree at the University of Oklahoma I spent 2.5 years as a tax preparation intern at Scott H. Richison C.P.A, P.C. Accounting Firm. During my internship I completed tax returns for individuals and various sized companies and created financial statements both stand alone and consolidated.Beginning in the Fall of 2019 I will be starting my Master of Science in Accounting program at the University of Colorado at Denver. After completing this program I will work towards receiving my CPA license.
