In my role with STARS, MIT WPU’s student alumni relations society, I have been responsible for creating awareness and building connections between alumni and current students. I contributed as a videographer, video editor, and marketer, particularly for events like convocation, where I helped capture and share the essence of alumni interactions. My work involves strategizing on ways to effectively showcase alumni stories, strengthen community bonds, and highlight the lifelong value of our alumni network.

Talent Acquisition:• Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.• Oversee the entire recruitment process, including job postings, candidate sourcing, interviews, and onboarding.Digital Marketing:• Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing regular reports andinsights to optimize strategies.• Coordinate with external agencies and vendors to execute marketing initiatives.Online Sales• Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing regular reports andinsights to optimize strategies.• Coordinate with external agencies and vendors to execute marketing initiatives.

Recruitment and Selection: Planned and managed recruitment processes, posted job descriptions, screened 500 + applications, and interviewed over 300 candidates. Successfully hired 15 new employees.• Employee Orientation and Development: Planned and conducted new employee orientations, identified training needs, and managed development programs to enhance employee skills.• HR Policy and Administration: Developed, implemented, and administered HR policies and procedures. Coordinated with departments to gather updates and ensure smooth operations.• Candidate Experience and Work Culture: Evaluated candidates' experiences, worked on improving team engagement, and executed strategies to enhance the overall work culture.
