• CDMA EXPERIENCE
• Experience on RF Planning of sites, inclusive of Site Survey co-ordinations.
• Calculations of Link Budget, Cell Radius, Propagation parameters, Model and Path Loss Calculations for full Analogue Signal Coverage.
• CDMA Traffic modeling and Simulation studies and fine tuning of the CDMA design and parameters using Motorola Netplan CDMA simulator tool., PN Offset Planning and Cell Radius and Search Window determinations
• Optimization experience using Motorola CAMPS Tool, Qualcomm CAIT tool and Actix Analyzer.
• Optimization of all the KPI parameters Call Drop Rate, Call Success Rate, Handoff Failures, Neighbour list modifications etc.
