As a Working Committee Member, I was involved in various activities which formed an integral part of Insignia 2023 - A National Level Management Fest organised by the Xavier’s Commerce Society. I was a part of the Corporate Communications team, through which I contacted several companies for sponsorships and collaborations, which helped me expand my network, helping me raise over ₹50,000 for Insignia. I was also a part of the Case Construe Team, where we ideated on case studies covering various aspects including Best Manager, Entrepreneurship, Finance, HR, Marketing, PR-IR and Online Treasure Hunt; serving as a precursor to Insignia. I was also a part of the Creative Team, where I worked upon several videos and posters which were very essential when it came to marketing Case Construe and Insignia, through online as well as offline platforms.I was also a part of the Public and Int’l Relations’ event for Insignia 2023, where we ideated upon creating fresh rounds, which covered vital aspects of PR & IR, and helped us judge the qualitative acumen of the participants.
