Designed a Universal Subunit Influenza Vaccine using Reverse Vaccinomics Approach| DS KothariScience and Research Innovation, Miranda HouseAttended a 1.5-month internship project to develop an in-silico universal subunit vaccine using Bioinformatics tools.- Performed multiple sequence alignment of different strains from NCBI database, identified the promiscuous T cell epitopes and overlapping antigenic peptides in T cell epitopes, followed by docking onto MHC Alleles using pepATTRACT and Hex
