Registered Pharmacist, GPAT qualifier 2018(AIR-224) Master in pharmacology.I am fun loving, hardworking, enthusiastic skilled multitasker ,seeking for the new opportunities and want to explore my skills and knowledge by working with a good organization.Currently working as a Pharmacovigilance associate under Indian Pharmacopoeia Commission (IPC)at BYL Nair Charitable Hospital,Mumbai that is an Adverse Drug monitoring centre. Here I am responsible to monitor patients in IPD and OPD and conduct post marketing evaluations to ensure drug safety.I am actively involved in Adverse Drug Reactions(ADRs)reporting and writings,updating reports on safety database (vigiflow)and conveying these ICSR to the Indian Pharmacopoeia Commission for further analysis. Certified by IPC through its skill development programme and simultaneously involved in running training sessions and run Pharmacovigilance awareness campaign for health care professionals for better and large scale reporting of ADRs.I am one of the member of causality assessment committee and involved in CAC meetings.
