•Recipient of ELGA Team Excellence Award.•Designed and developed curriculum for 9,000+ schools impacting 50,00,000+ students across 400+ cities in India.•Authored and published stories for K-5 curriculum for LEAD School's flagship product.•Investigated gaps in communication process and standardized communication channels by developing SOPs.•Facilitated cross functional team collaboration across the board through development of templates ensuring an improvement in quality of curriculum.•Produced and executed AVCs to make curriculum interactive for students.•Surveyed K-5 curriculum across the globe to identify methods to create holistic curriculum based on SEL skills.•Conducted key risk analysis in curriculum design and mitigated the same through escalations with relevant authorities.

•Directed the play- Peter Pan: A Musical Drama.•Designed, implemented, and monitored a curriculum and a BTCP Project with a focus on language skills, confidence, and emoting through writing and a live drama performance by 110 students of Grade 8.

•Taught English and Science to 110 Grade 8 students at iTeach Swargeeya Vithal Tupe EMSS. iTeach is a transformational school that provides free education to students from underprivileged backgrounds and enables them to create a destiny of their choice.•Boosted the average mastery of the class from 7% to 73% and increased passing rate from 27% to 82% in English for Grade 8 in 6 months.•Forged positive relationships with students and parents through a mentorship program for students (n~21) as an Advisor, and counseled them on academic and socio-emotional problems through 1v1 sessions, teacher-parent interaction, FGDs.•Increased mastery in Grade Level Assessment from 47.25% to 57% in 6 months for 24 students in Bridge Year Program. 33% students scored <70% and 30% improved ReadingComprehension Level from 0.5 to 3.5 in AY 2020-21. The pass rate stood at 87.5%.•Designed & executed a curriculum for enhancing the reading fluency of the Bridge Year Program students (n~24). The program focused on word meanings, phonics, pronunciation, and improving reading speed. In 6 months, the program saw an average increase in words spoken per minute of 119.8%.•Designed and executed plans for a remediation program where 57% of students improved RC levels ~ 0.6 points in AY.•Designed & executed academic central unit plans and unit projects for Science and English for 9 iTeach schools administered to over 2000 students.•Created unit-based assessments (n~3) for 9 iTeach schools across Pune District to test outcome learning for over 2000 students.•Co-developed a National Bridge curriculum plan for English for TFI schools for 7 cities for AY 2021-22. A bridge curriculum enables low-performing students to offset disruptions in learning opportunities due to learning disabilities and/or personal circumstances.
