Enhanced talent evaluation procedures by integrating data from multiple designation levels using the Position Analysis Questionnaire template, and visualized results on Power BI dashboards• Spearheaded the automation and streamlining of internal job posting procedures using iCIMS/DBX, significantly reducing hiring process turnaround times.
