Core Responsibilities:Hiring across all verticals (Technical/Non-technical) – Executive, Senior Executive Level: Software Engineers, Software Testing, Sales, Marketing, Customer Care, Admin and Finance._ Resume screening & providing feedback to various sources of recruitment. Taking interview & doing initial short listing, co-ordination with line manager for further interview, doing salary negotiation & offer roll out. Pre-Hiring Formalities –creating candidate profile through Taleo and interfacing the offer accepted candidate records to GHRS. Have been the single point of contact for HR Operations for Taleo interface and offer letter preparation process, supporting all service lines at Gurgaon centre. Induction & End to End on boarding Formalities - Have been responsible in managing the joining formalities of all new joiners, which includes form filling, documentation, and various agreements including confidentiality, rules and regulation etc., which need to be signed by employees. Employees Database Management – Updating and recording details of all new hires into the Global HR System (GHRS) This process includes all personal details, contact details and other information related to the employee background and the present summary. Updating Records– All the changes relevant to an employee during the life cycle is updated on HR record. Have managed the Gurgaon span with minimal support. Handling Employee Queries – Employee query management related to issuance of letters such as employment proof, address proof, NOC etc., .Also, handles queries that are pertaining to hiring tools and employee record updates or corrections. BGV (Background Verification) – SPOC for tracking BGV initiations for Gurgaon employees.
