I ride along with beer delivery drivers and help them deliver kegs and cases to various places all over Ohio, even including delivering to Busy Day and Union Street Market in Athens. When working I deliver 1000+ cases and 80+ kegs of beverage per day to restaurants, gas stations, and stores within the 270 belt by efficiently communicating with each driver to deliver all beverages on time. This is done by completing 10-12+ hour shifts daily, with great attention to time management and dedication to consistently align with company values to support superiors in creating an organized work environment. I also gain applicable knowledge about client relations through positive interactions with each driver and client to maintain healthy client relationships resulting in return orders. Another large part of this job is that I secured multiple certifications with the completion of assessments to provide safe warehouse operations.

I delivered shipments of clothes to the other stores as well as other drivers. First I would work in production racking or sorting clothes at the plant until about 10. Then I would load up my van and drive to a store and deliver whatever my shipment was. Next I would call the drivers and figure out a place to meet with them. I would meet a certain number of drivers before heading to the next store and delivering the rest of the items I had. After that I would call and meet the rest of the drivers for the morning routes. Finally I would head back to the plant and unload the van. This process would be repeated again about an hour later for afternoon delivery routes.
