This role means I am trained in Demolition, Bridging, Water Supply, Artisan Skills and other engineering skills. I have represented my regiment in Army Shooting Competitions, bridging display builds, and through adventurous training have achieved my Ski Foundation Level 3 and a Nitrox qualified BSAC Sports Diver. I am in the process of gaining various driving qualifications. As an Outcomes Executive, I am part of an innovative and fast paced team that builds relationships with industry as well as developing and producing employability skills training that are delivered to the young people we work with. The role works in partnership with the programmes teams on completion of their programmes to support young people into positive outcomes. I am responsible for providing front-line business relationship management/development for the South West Wales and carry out research into companies and people, building new relations in sectors we are active in, in order to create employment and training possessions our young people can access. I create, adapt and present employability training either 1 to 1 or in group sessions with our young people through different mediums to help support different learning styles and to overcome different barriers they may have to gaining sustainable employment.During my time with the Trust I have had the opportunity to develop public presentation skills by volunteering to be the host at fundraising events and giving talks to business professionals in both the private and public sector about the work of the Trust. This has included giving presentations to a room of 200 odd supporters at an end of year event, an update presentation to the heads of the Co-op foundation board and given an overview of the Trust as a whole to a delegation from Jordan who have now gone on to creating a similar Prince’s Trust organisation to support young people through Prince’s Trust International.
