The Movement Leader Fellowship is for leaders in labor, advocacy, and community organizing with approximately 10+ years of experience in social justice work.A combination of political economy, policy, and organizing with practical skills such as management, communications, and strategy development to support participants’ growth. And enhance leadership skills, campaign effectiveness, develop relationships with peers and mentors in the movement and construct a movement talent pipeline preparing leaders for the long haul.

In my role, I coached and collaborated with passionate communicators and organizers to provide strategies to amplify their organization's vision using ReFrame's training foundations and campaign case studies.

As a trainer for Spin by ReFrame and Power California Fellowship, I supported the learning and development of participants and fellows through coaching, using ReFrame strategy foundations, and applying foundations to their work in real-time.Also included press relations, campaign strategies, op-ed writing, and message development training and support.

The ReFrame Mentorship is a six month program to build strategic communications to amplify organizing, increase power, and win game-changing victories. As a Mentor, I worked to support the leadership and professional development of strategists leading and integrating communications strategies at Southerners on the Ground (SONG), Grassroots Leadership, and the Coalition to Stop Violence Against Native Women.
