As National Product Head of Incoming Exchange in Ukraine, it is my responsibility to track and evaluate more than fifty social impact and professional projects that AIESEC in Ukraine runs nationally every year; so as to track and service more than one thousand international students that come to Ukraine to execute these projects.Highlights:- Create the national strategy for our social product "Global Volunteer" and our professional products, "Global Entrepreneur" & "Global Talent"- Manage and coaching 12 local offices- Conference management - Guide the national operations in the social sector across 12 local offices and 11 cities.- Managed all international relations for the programmes, including Egypt, Tunisia, Morocco, China, India, Indonesia and Turkey.- Lead a network of 150+ people through our local offices.- Market research, segmentation, and supply & demand alignment, through regional and international relations.- Guarantee the fulfillment of the products standards to our customers, including NGOs, companies, schools and governments.- Re-framed our product´s market approach and created a new segment of brands for our social product "Global Volunteer".- Facilitator in more than 10 national and local conferences in Ukraine for more than 100 delegates average .- Facilitator in one international conference held by AIESEC in France for more than 130 delegates.- Delegate in international conferences and seminars in Mexico, Chile, Colombia and Romania.

There are commercialized more than 30% of Mexico´s fruit and vegetable production.As sales manager, I was responsible of the supply, inventories, accountability and operations of a warehouse which commercializes wholesale garlic, onion and different types of chili.Highlights:- Direct product sales, including wholesale garlic, onion, chili and other vegetables- Direct management of the warehouse inventories.- Shared responsibility in the billing and finance statements creation- Direct wholesale product purchases.- Handling of machinery- Handling of food processing machinery

AIESEC is the world´s largest non-profit youth-run organization that provides young people with leadership development, cross-cultural global internships, and volunteer exchange experiences around the globe.As Vice President of Incoming Exchange in the local committee of UNAM, in Mexico CIty, it was my responsibility to track and evaluate more than ten social impact projects that AIESEC in UNAM delivered during the year; being the direct responsible of the account management of 5 NGOs with whom we collaborated; so as to track and service around 80 international students that came to Mexico City to execute these projects.Highlights:- Create the annual strategy in order to deliver more than 10 social projects, service 80 international volunteers and service more than twenty NGOs partners and institutions.- Direct account management of 5 NGOs- Lead a team of 30+ people throughout the year- Provide training and education on different soft skills to the team- Raising schools and NGOs in order to collaborate or host our social projects.
