Over this period work was undertaken for several building companies, IT Company, Financial Services Organisation, Retail Outlets, Online Web Company just to mention a few.This was an interesting part of my experience, allowing me to review the best of bread solutions available to business and sparked my interest in looking at providing a product that would be flexible enough to assist many and varied businesses.

Commenced my own start-up building company, which over the almost 12 years, constructed in excess of 600 homes in the greater Sydney area of Australia.All aspects of the business, Finance, Accounting, Quality Control Systems, OH & S, Information Technology, Work flow Management, staff management, contractual controls, and local government dealings where set-up from scratch.

Was part of an exciting period for Banking in Australia. Barclays was one of 15 foreign Banks that were granted banking licences in Australia. I was part of a small and determined group of committed individuals that set out to set-up a new bank. This gave me exposure to all levels of the operation and I was able to develop an in depth understanding of the nuts and bolts of the Banking Industry, the use of tried and tested technologies and processes. Collectively the team was exposed to workings of the Australian economy. The Bank was sold to St. George Bank at the end of 1993, and the Bank was renamed to St.George Partnership Banking Limited. I specialised in commercial loans of between $1m and $15m with an emphasis on Cash flow/ Balance Sheet lending for industries such as the Hotel and Retirement Village industries.
