My unparalleled work ethic and desire to improve myself carries me through my work. I started working at FedEx in 2016 as a package handler and quickly rose to a management position in 2017 after firmly demonstrating my capabilities on the job. Through adaptive thinking, problem solving, and people skills, I led many areas of operations to success. I then took on Sort Management position in 2020, leading a brand new operation that employed over 500 employees at its peak. Dedicated leadership allowed me to motivate my team and set up the operation for success despite several setbacks and challenges throughout the first year of operation. Top-notch communication skills contributed greatly to cementing a strong team.After establishing the operation I moved on to a more administrative role as a P&D Manager. Familiarity with service provider contracts and strict accountability helped me to successfully navigate a very difficult peak season and to reinforce quality service amongst service providers to our customers.I am now working a sales position for a small Japanese company. I am always looking to increase the scope of my knowledge and experience, and strive to succeed in any role I am in.
