As an assistant to the Vice President, I am in charge of the staffing for the Hoop Group Elite camps. This includes getting in contact with college and high school coaches who applied to work and organizing the staff as instructed. I also play a role in recruiting players to camp through phone and email and helping parents with the registration process.

I was on staff as a student manager with the men's basketball program since Fall 2014. Throughout my time as a manager, I played a role in the set up and break down of all practices and games, filming select practices and games, organizing team meals at home and on the road, preparing charter flight manifests, creation of graphics for recruits, working.

As Pomperaug's summer league coach for three summers, we saw a gradual improvement in league success. In 2014, we earned a 8-4 record and appeared in the league's semi-finals. In 2015, we earned a 10-2 record, a #1 seed in playoffs, and appeared in the championship game. In 2016, we earned a 17-1 record, a #1 seed in playoffs, won the Summer Slam Tourney.

As a runner, I assisted in managing the camp facilities, assisted in managing camp equipment, supervised the college dormitories that all campers were living in, assisted in PowerPoint presentations to campers' parents about recruiting tips, managed the clocks for drills and games, assisted in the operation and administration of the Hoop Group Elite Camps.
