As a pharmaceutical professional and organic chemist with a Master's degree, I bring a unique blend of academic rigor and hands-on industry experience to my role as a Research Associate. With 1 year of experience, I have successfully established and led integrated scientific services in both contract research organizations (CRO) and contract manufacturing organizations (CRMO). Currently working as Project Associate at CSIR-NCL Pune for getting a good research exposure My expertise lies in performing a wide range of organic reactions and analyzing reaction progress with precision. I am proficient in utilizing analytical techniques such as NMR and LC-MS to characterize synthesized compounds and ensure their quality. Additionally, my skills extend to purification methodologies, including isolera and Grace column chromatography.During my internship at ONGC (Oil & Natural Gas Corporation), I gained valuable insight into corrosion inhibition techniques, particularly in the context of oil and gas transportation infrastructure.
