Led the product team responsible for all Addison Lee products, including the mobile apps, booking site, self-serve Manager Portal, brochure site, white-label bookers, driver app, booking widgets, API, concierge tools and in-car WiFi. From a team of 3 product managers in August 2015, I built the product function into a cross-functional team of 18. We made drastic changes to how we worked as a team, how we interacted with internal stakeholders and how we worked with our development teams.Reporting to the board, key deliveries included enabling our digital products in locations outside of London (in the UK and overseas), API integrations (TMCs and travel companies), an enterprise-grade driver mobile application, B2B product solutions for members of the FTSE100 and an re-brand of all of the digital channels, which was accompanied by a £1mn ATL campaign

Senior Product Lead for the Addison Lee iOS and Android mobile apps, which included an app for Apple Watch and the integration of Apple Pay. Other product responsibilities were setting up our Partnerships/Integrations and in-car WiFi initiatives by working with partners including the development our API and partnership products (widget, API, deep linking) - a new business vertical for AL.Responsible for the entire product lifecycle of the mobile apps - from concept and UX design, to overseeing delivery and performance marketing. Managed a distributed design and engineering team across London, Samara, Barcelona and Phnom Penh.Key responsibilities:- Concept and UX design- Capturing of business and customer requirements- Ownership of product roadmap- Managing board-level stakeholders- Sprint and release planning- Responsible for managing onshore and offshore QA resource- Data/feedback gathering and analysis through analytics tools, A/B testing and face-to-face customer feedback- Process improvements - responsible for identifying and implementing improvements in the way we work across geographies with the aim of delivering industry-leading products at pace- Performance marketing - driving app downloads and usage through digital display, social, PPC and out-of-home advertising.Key achievements include a major app re-design that resulted in a 15% increase in headline booking conversion and setting up the company's first internal hackathon where we designed, built and tested the new Snooze feature.

Founded JumpIn whilst studying at the University in Leeds, having seen an opportunity amongst students for taxi sharing. Over time, JumpIn evolved into a taxi booking and sharing solution that proved successful in Leeds. We subsequently raised angel funding, expanded to 5 UK cities and built a team of 5 full time staff in London. In August 2014, JumpIn and the team was acquired by Addison Lee.
