Lead Service Engineer
CurrentLead steam service engineer responsible for providing technical guidance to support oOEM tenders and execution, technical guidance to field engineering during outage planning and execution, service center support on major repairs, conduct and be part of design reviews for oOEM units.Partner with rotating equipment steam turbine engineering teams for product designs and development to provide safe, reliable, and quality-focused product solutions.Technical guidance to field engineers and customer service managers during outage planning and execution of GE and oOEM steam turbines.Lead re-engineering data capture support during tender and execution phases for service upgrades or retrofits.Technical lead for oOEM steam turbine component design and manufacturing processes. (WH, Siemens, MHI, Toshiba, etc.)Support field engineers during outage execution of GE and non-GE steam turbines (WH, Siemens, MHI, Toshiba, etc.)Provide product services and operational support to field engineers during planned and unplanned outages for oOEM machines.Lead and participate in product design reviews and technical risk discussions both internally and with customers.Provide technical guidance to parts engineering and sourcing teams for product design form, fit, and function.Product disposition/process non-conformances and support implementation of corrective/preventative actions on non-conformances.Support new product development and implementation of growth initiatives in the region for all targeted technologies.Collaborate and partner with sales/service directors, on-site services, repair centers, field engineers, and parts engineering groups to provide technical support and guidance.
