Since joining MAI Construction in 2016, I’ve had the opportunity to work on a variety of exciting projects in the life sciences, healthcare, technology, and education sectors. Some of the notable clients I’ve worked with include Novo Nordisk, Nurix, Stanford University, KLA, and Northeastern University. My role involves guiding projects from the planning stages through to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, on budget, and to the highest standards of quality and safety. One of the most rewarding parts of my job is leading and mentoring team members. At California Plus Engineering, I successfully managed a range of technically challenging healthcare projects, including those at Santa Clara Valley Medical Center (SCVMC) and Natividad Medical Center (NMC). These projects demanded a deep understanding of complex (HCAI) OSHPD requirements, and I was responsible for delivering innovative solutions while adhering to stringent guidelines. My role involved conducting preconstruction reviews, estimating, scheduling, and overseeing RFIs, RFCs, and submittal packages. I worked closely with internal teams, subcontractors, and stakeholders to ensure seamless execution of these demanding projects, all while prioritizing safety, infection control, and the highest quality standards. Leading teams to meet project milestones and deliver within budget was critical, and I consistently collaborated with all parties involved to ensure the success of these high-stakes, high-impact healthcare projects.

At Keyhan Salamt, I managed the construction of multiple residential projects, including a 20-unit, 6-floor building with a 2-floor garage (54,000 sq. ft.) and three additional residential buildings with suspended floors and underground parking. These projects were completed ahead of schedule and under budget, showcasing efficient planning, cost control, and execution.

Tehran, Iran

At Hamgorouh Consultant Engineers, I contributed to landmark projects, including the Golshahr Subway Station in the Karaj-Tehran Subway, the largest in the country. I also oversaw the construction of a 5-floor commercial office building with a 2-floor parking garage (24,000 sq. ft.) for Tehran Berkeley Consulting Engineers.
