Current• Assisting with managing a team of 120+ visual effects artists across more than 15 Film & Episodic shows (Most recently released: Disenchanted, Prehistoric Planet 2, NOPE, Pinocchio, House of the Dragon)• Communicating artists show assignments or changes, handling overtime requests, managing holiday requests and reports• Using Microsoft Office 365 to manage calendars, send emails required to communicate important show or department updates and changes, book artist 1:1s and biweekly department meetings
