Responsible for providing HR recruiting leadership to operations, technology, corporate support staff, and retail branch network, for one of the ten largest financial companies in the US with over $148 billion in assets providing commercial, retail banking and financial services from over 1500 plus offices. • Restructured and streamlined the College Recruiting function which saved $1 million in expenses • Managed wholesale banking and call center operations’ talent acquisition functions through a staff of eleven employment relationship managers and sixty recruiters

Responsibilities included providing HR leadership to operations, IT, finance, legal and risk management for one of the 25 largest financial service companies in the US with over $140 billion in assets • Provided HR consulting leadership to management consulting, finance, HR and technology organizations through a staff of six HR business partners serving a population of approximately 22,000 employees. • Served as the HR business partner to the vice chairman of the bank and also acted as HR business partner to the president and chief executive officer of interstate billing services • Provided leadership to Executive Recruiting and College Recruiting organizations which included diversity outreach. Also conducted diversity board of director searches for Vice Chairman.
