Events & Engagements Manager
Current• Design and implement HABRI’s portfolio of events, aligned to the organization’s program and partnership strategies• Manage event project plans, including budget management, event production, vendor relationships, and event logistics• Collaborate with HABRI’s internal and external communications and marketing team to develop high-quality materials, media releases, photos, etc. related to events and partner recognition• Assess outcomes of each event and make design recommendations for continued improvement and value• Develop effective working relationships with program partners and event hosts, looking for ways to grow and add value for all involved• Organize and manage the fulfillment of corporate and nonprofit partnerships, working closely with the senior team to ensure understanding of relationships and expectations• Provide the highest level of customer service to current and prospective partners, acting as a key external-facing representative of the organization• Create partnership proposals and collateral, helping to develop new opportunities.• Process invoices, contracts, and other documents related to partnerships
