I managed the day-to-day operations of Markle's website, as well as email campaigns and contact database. Leading the web team, I supported Markle's major initiatives by coordinating the planning, production, review, and release of web media announcements, features, events, social media posts, and external email communications. Examples of our work include the national survey The State of American Jobs (in partnership with the Pew Research Center), Markle's Rework America book "America's Moment", and the Skillful platform launched in Colorado and Phoenix.

Supporting the Managing Director and the Director of Personal Health Technology, I managed projects related to Markle's Health Program. Examples of our work include the development of the Blue Button; Markle’s first-of-a-kind national survey on public and doctor attitudes toward electronic health records; guides on safe and secure handling of electronic health records; and consensus statements on the Meaningful Use provisions of the HITECH Act.

Working with cross-functional teams from Joint Application Development sessions through Sprints, I managed the launch of various functions and enhancements on Regence's member web portal. I was the product owner of these features: Personal Health Records, Patient Satisfaction, Claims, ADAM Health Encyclopedia, and Message Center.

I produced and hosted myRegence's first two webinars: averaged 178 attendees, 254 registrants, 99% satisfaction. I also co-wrote the BlueWorks award application reviewed by Harvard Medical School, highlighting myRegence’s philosophy, positioning, and value to consumer-directed health care.

I developed email marketing strategies (30% opens and 19% unique clicks) to increase webcast views and sales leads, and launched a proprietary mass email application for 10 editors and 19 e-newsletters with 630K subscribers worldwide. I also averaged 220 attendees and 518 registrants for live webcasts.

I produced Installation Guides, Owner’s Guides, Service Manuals, and Technical Packets; I conducted user testing of manuals during random-pull installations. I wrote company press releases, and internal sales communications.
