I was involved in multiple residential construction projects from start to finish where I had planned, implemented and executed subdivision projects and have effectively contributed to meeting our deliverables.My responsibilities includes:• Follow and report to the project manager on the progress of the Project.• Coordinating with sub-contractors to organize project expectations for the smooth flow of work.• Monitor and report on project budget and spending weekly.• Assuring the quality of the work done as per compliance.• Collaborate with team members in planning the details and organize upcoming projects.• Liaising with Engineers, Surveyors and local bodies like Auckland Council, Water Care, Auckland Transport & Work safe etc. in the various stages of the project.• Requesting and finalizing various quotations before commencement of work.• Supervising subdivision works including application of Electricity, Telecom and Gas & Water connections for different subdivisions.• Lodging Code Compliance Certificate application to Auckland Council after the final Inspection.• Organize and track all the project documents from the sub-contractors for the further lodgment.• Supervising earthworks before the foundation.• Keeping track of the Machine operators along with preparing their roster as per requirement at different sites.• Performing all the administrative tasks such as checking invoices, estimates, ordering material, scheduling meetings etc.• Completing tasks assigned by Project Manager in an efficient and timely manner.• Researching Information as required.• Maintaining timely communication between all the stakeholders to support the coordination and management of projects.
