Responsável pela execução das ações e defesa de interesse em Brasília, junto ao Governo Federal e o Congresso Nacional, especialmente focado nas pautas de transição energética e melhora do ambiente regulatório e político para a geração de energia por fontes renováveis, em especial a solar e a eólica. Representante da empresa em associações setoriais. Cooperação direta com o time de Comunicação para o desenvolvimento de estratégias e campanhas, em especial de relações públicas.

Senior manager for the national engagement strategy and actions to develop public policies with the Legislative and Executive stakeholders at federal level, especially regulatory development related to the data protection framework, ANDP, data privacy and data sharing, artificial intelligence, and the Central Bank regulation for payments. Advocacy for mobility integration and reasonable labour conditions for the gig economy. Representing the company in sector and multisector associations, trade unions; managing third party consultancies and the use government relations tools for regulatory impact analysis, political risk and stakeholder development.

Management and execution of company's government relations program, representing and interacting with departments that deal with government officials, institutions, sector associations, agencies and representatives of the Executive and Legislative Branches. Responsible for managing government risks, stakeholders, partnerships, development of public policies and regulation, both at state level (MG and GO) and at national level - Federal Government and National Congress.

Coordination of 2018-2022 action plan, developing public policies in the Legislative and Executive Branches that can allocate the company’s interests in innovation and regulation of new tobacco products, also defending and representing them in sector and multisector associations. Represent the company’s interests in international agreements negotiations (FTAs and the Tobacco Framework), monitoring and engaging as necessary.Recent Results: (1) Chapter 24 (tobacco) inclusion in the negotiation basket for the Mercosur x EU and Mercosur x EFTA Agreements, previously excluded; (2) Bill approval for an amendment at Law 1,593 / 77 to permit cigarettes exportation, previously limited by law.

Coordination of the Industry + Productive Program by CNI and responsible for analyse and develop public policies related to industrial policy and other industrial sectors, institutional representation and stakeholder engagement at the Executive Branch and the National Congress, much as industrial companies, public and private institutions.

WorldSkills Sao Paulo 2015 (SENAI / CNI / WorldSkills International)Responsible for engaging stakeholders from the Executive Branch (three levels) and Legislative Branch (City and São Paulo State), governmental authorities, companies and national and international institutions, advocating the importance of vocational training and areas related to the organization of WorldSkills São Paulo itself. This was Senai's largest international cooperation project in the country, hosting 250,000 participants during the event, as well as a series of parallel actions taken by the Organizing Committee.

Development of methodology and pilot project, in partnership with Senai, which resulted in the Brazil + Productive Program of the Federal Government. Until the execution of the pilot project, I was responsible, together with Gustavo Ferreira, for the study of the various past government policies aimed at increasing productivity, determining their objectives and methodologies. Conclusion of several engagements with entrepreneurs, specialists and institutions with expertise in productivity, which resulted in the pilot project methodology based on the Kaizen method and lean manufacturing.

Responsible for regulatory impact analysis of bills under consideration in the National Congress and actions with the Executive and Legislative Branches to improve the application of intellectual property and innovation standards in the country; conducting courses on intellectual property and innovation in various cities, in partnership with industry federations and ANPEI, aiming to arouse small and medium industrial entrepreneurs of the benefits of using intellectual property rights and innovation.

Responsible for analysis and reports on bills under evaluation in the House and the Senate. Policy development requested by representatives. Analysis and research of jurisprudence. Legislative counseling and defense of interests with congressional representatives to sustain their claims during technical discussions and/or specific committees and stakeholders.

Responsible for managing and conducting national and international bidding processes under the South-South Cooperation, ensuring better developments of the international cooperation of the Brazilian Government (via the Brazilian Cooperation Agency ABC), UNDP Latin America and Africa.Monitoring and advising of the procurement plans, which included ministerial, inter-agency negotiations, as well as the public and private stakeholders involved.

Responsible for managing bidding process under USD 1,000,000, drafting the contract, advising on the development of the base project or term of reference for all technical cooperation projects in the UNDP portfolio, including the procurement plan, payment schedules and execution. Bidding processes conducted in compliance with bidding rules related to the source of resources, which thus included Law 8.666 / 93, World Bank and United Nations rules. Conclusion of ~400 bidding processes from 2008 to 2010.
