• Utilizes insurance policies and facts of loss to determine coverage and liability. • Provides customer support through personalized, compassionate, and streamlined interactions. • Communicates effectively through telephone and written communication lines. Interacts with other managers in and out of groups on behalf of the Division Manager.•Handling a wide range of administrative responsibilities including but not limited to scheduling meetings, presentations, event/meeting planning coordination, invoice tracking and processing, computer and phone user management, mail distribution, and claim maintenance.• Conducts thorough investigations of claims utilizing both internal and external resources.
