A Mechanical Professional seeking challenging opportunities and to work for a renowned organization in order to provide it benefit using my knowledge, skill and technique. I am a B.E(Mechanical) from REC Rourkela,(Presently Known as NIT Rourkela) and started my professional career in March 1986 at Talcher Thermal Power Station( 4x62.5 MW + 2x110 MW) in Operation having PF Boiler. I left the same and joined Indian Aluminum Company Limited, Hirakud, Odisha in April 1992 as Shift Charge Engineer at 1x67.5 MW CPP having CFBC Boiler. Later the Company was Acquired by Hindalco Industries Limited in the Year 2000 and the plant was expanded to 1x67.5 MW + 4X100 MW. Given my Expertise I was given the opportunity to work in all the Section/Department of the Power Plant including Operation, Electrical, Mechanical, Instrumentation, Civil Maintenance & Ash Management. In Absence of Plant Head, I have acted on his behalf and hence Coordinated the activities of CPP Since 2003 till date. In July 2012, I was transferred to Mahan Aluminum Project as Head-Mechanical when it was under Project Stage, hence completed Erection & Commissioning of All Mechanical Packages including CHP. Until September 2019 I was accountable for CPP Mechanical Maintenance, Ash Management, & CHP (O&M), since October 2019 I have been accountable for CPP-Mechanical Maintenance(After Implementation of Project Vega-An Initiative by Hindalco).I am currently heading the BBSO Subcommittee as well and in the role of a leader I have placed myself as a Planned Maintenance Pillar of WCM at Mahan Unit-Hindalco
