Working as an assistant manager my key skills are utilised in staff management and events organisation. It's my role to ensure each shift is run smoothly and all staff are happy in their role with us. I've increased sales by applying common sense and brought in large party's by negotiating party packages. This includes creating contracts for 5 student sports teams and 2 dating websites. The contract states a certain amount of visits to our business in exchange for a free venue and certain drink offers. This would not be possible without good leadership from the management above me or the team I manage to run these events smoothly.
