Approve credit assessments applied • Create customers details in the Mobisol platform • Check handovers • Follow up contracts from both offices. • Scan contracts and save them in the cubby • Ensuring all contracts (hardcopies) are signed and filled • Reconcile sales from both stations to make the numbers tally with Business Development Managers counts • Follow up payments done by customers • Deduct grace days where necessary • Correct mistaken payments in the mobisol and bboxx platform and google spreadsheets. • Send bulky sms’ for locked systems and systems to be locked to respective customers • Call customers with delayed payments • Re-negotiate and communicate with customers on the payment issues to clear out debts • Communicate with technical teams whenever there is a replacement on our devices at the customer’s house • Pointing out and planning for repossessions • Communicate with call center whenever there is a payment error and filling in the commcare details to resolve the problem. • Filling out referral details from all sales done • And other duties assigned by the management.

Responsible for the up keep and running of the EGG Station in the areaManage and Motivate the team at the Station(employees and contractors) Manage and Plan for all Installations. Ensure the highest level of service is provided to EGG customers. Manage transfer of all inventory from HQ to the regional Station. Ensure all contracts are signed and systems are paid for, before they are transferred to the customer. Keep a daily record of expenses. I am the ultimate responsible of the money management at the station. Keep a daily record of the sales at the station(record into wildform). Ensure all staff members are adhering to the EGG processes and procedures Communicate any Information from the HQ to Station staff in a timely manner. Clear list of fuel and expenses. Confirm and Organize the training of contractors(sales agents and technicians). Maintain a clear list of active contractors. Make sure all the employees have a smartphone and use the App for defined tasks. Ensure all tools are looked after by the team
