• Responsible for ensuring the integration of DREAMS Initiative interventions within the Sauti Program\''s regional combination HIV prevention activities, including providing close oversight of CSOs implementing DREAMS.
• Provide leadership in developing strategies and interventions to improve the quality and responsiveness of HIV prevention programming and service delivery for adolescent girls and young women.
• Provide technical and management oversight to ensure the effective implementation of DREAMS Initiative interventions and their integration into the broader Sauti Program.

• Support CSOs in identifying and enrolling AGYW who are most vulnerable to HIV through the application of community and individual vulnerability tools

Kahama Shinyanga

• The Assistant Project Manager (APM) will expertise in the main SFCG training components (Human Rights, Gender Awareness, Conflict Resolution, Youth or Community Policing, or any other SBP training/activity) and should.
• Together with the Project Manager (PM), the APM will help plan the activities of the upcoming weeks and advise on potential training to be implemented in the different communities and for the targeted beneficiary.
• The APM will be assigned specific events to be determined every week as part of the planning of activities for the week, and with assistance from their teammates, will be responsible for their successful completion in.
• Although the Project Associate (PA) will spearhead the mobilization of activity participants and stakeholders, the APM will also assist with this, in due time before activities and trainings, and become well acquainted.
