The Market Driven Youth Resilience Program (MDYRP) is being implemented by The Atiku Institute for Development (AI) and GIZ. The goal is to strengthen economic resilience of 1800 youth (Age 17-25) by providing vocational skills training, self employment through agribusiness opportunities and supporting youth owned enterprises to start or scale via access to business development strategies and financial services. • I coordinate project operations and business trainings across 5 locations in 2 states, ensuring resources are deployed efficiently for optimum results. • I also adopted the National Financial Inclusion Strategy of the CBN as a technical framework to develop training manuals for Financial literacy and Financial management for MSMEs. • I provide advisory on digital financial services, banking partnerships and business innovation.
