-Presently handling Junior college matters-Looking after the Bishop’s School Alumni Association – organizing two alumni reunions every year since 2018 and constant coordination with the alumni for various events.

-Handled the management office (The Bishop’s Education Society), duties consisting organizing Governing Body and other meetings.-Independent correspondence and coordination for the Foot Over Bridge, Obtaining T-55 Tank, and Mig-21.-Set up HR Office in 2018 and handled appointments and other matters including the appointment of the HR Manager.

-As Secretary to the Headmaster, handled Independent Correspondence, coordinated with the staff, students, and parents. Coordinated with organizing inter-class, inter-school activities, student exchange programme etc.-Organising PTA and Transport Committee Meetings, attending & preparing minutes, coordination with Private Transporters.

-Independent correspondence with parents and stakeholders of the school, Notices, Memos to staff and students, coordinating with the two sister concerns, assisting in the admission process for entry level and junior college.-Independently handling the process for the Sesquicentennial Celebrations of the School since initiation of preparation in 2012 till the culmination in April 2015. Held the Central Office and Coordinated with the Core Committee and sub-committees consisting of alumni and the school officials.-Coordinated for 28 grand events of the Sesquicentennial Celebrations.-Assisted the author of the Sesquicentennial History Book of the School “The Bishop’s Saga 1864-2014” and; the Coffee Table Book.-From the initial stage of research, collecting information, interviews with various alumni, former staff and institutions in India and overseas.-Collating the rich heritage, coordinating with the Printer from designing, proof-reading, and finalizing both publications.-Coordinating the release of the History Book in July 2017 at the hands of Dr. Cyrus Poonawala, an alumni

-I have been independently handling the Bishop’s personal correspondence, including general and confidential nature.-Worked as Personal Assistant to Bishop Thomas Dabre from 2009 to 2010 at the Bishop’s House Curia, Pune-Worked as Personal Assistant to Bishop Valerian D’Souza from 1977 to 2009 at the Bishop’s House Curia, Pune-Worked as Personal Assistant to Bishop William Gomes in 1975 at the Bishop’s House Curia, Pune-I have been looking after the Administration, Archives and Documentation, Establishment expenses, Import and distribution of Sacramental Wine, and assisting in matters of properties and finance.-I was a member of the Organizing Committee and in-charge of the Co-ordinating Office of 75 th Birthday celebration of and Farewell to Bishop Valerian D’Souza in October 2008 and Episcopal Installation of Bishop Thomas Dabre in 2009.-Poona-Eichstätt (Germany) partnership is more than 55 years old. I have been looking after the entire correspondence between the two dioceses, writing annual projects for funds and communicating with the person-in-charge of the Poona Desk in the Diocese of Eichstätt.-I have been a part of the Coordination Committee for the visit of Pope John Paul II’s visit to Pune on 10 th February 1986-The Diocese of Poona was bifurcated twice by the Holy See. I looked after the entire documentation for bifurcation – Nashik (1987) and Sindhudurg (2005)
