• I was the Principal Facilities Executive in charge of operations for the county’s Facilities Department, major construction projects, sustainability program, ADA compliance program, Parks Division, and the Traffic Signalization Division.• Worked with team to aggressively identify and implement value engineering and LEAN opportunities and program improvement initiatives that saved the county over $12,000,000 in program costs and exceeded customer service delivery and quality expectations.• Elevated team productivity by over 30% by smoking out weaknesses in our service delivery protocols and making targeted strategic changes.• Created and led a highly successful sustainability program which produced a return on invested capital above 300%.• Successfully provided routine and preventative maintenance, repairs, and remodeling for a portfolio of over 110 buildings that included jail buildings, courthouses, airports, fuel farms, data centers, a convention center, more than a dozen office buildings, and dozens of other buildings.• Led completion of numerous major construction projects that included a newairport terminal building, a new courthouse, a new Emergency OperationsCenter, and completed a redundant fiber optic ring that encircled the county.• Estimated costs for all major construction, remodeling, and repair projects.• Developed and administered multiple annual budgets.• Worked extensively with an elected board of public officials and the county’s senior leadership in developing and furthering the county’s strategic goals.

• Led budget development, vendor management, contracts negotiations, sourcing, and resource tracking activities for all division projects.• Attacked a draft-FONSI that had been stalled for over 18 months and received EPA approval within 4 months.• Led teams of construction and design professionals, owner’s representatives, and senior staff members to guide the planning, design, construction, and renovation of a variety of commercial and institutional facilities.• Did the nearly impossible and delivered the completed 2003 HGTV Dream Home project in Bay County, FL.

• Managing Principal in charge of marketing, staffing, vendor management, contracts management, quality control, production, and a host of other responsibilities.• Led project teams for the construction and renovation of public buildings at all levels of government and light commercial buildings for private sector clients.• Provided onsite supervision and project leadership driving field operations to achieve 100% on time completion and customer satisfaction.
