- Maintaining a long-term relationship with brokers/ direct customers to drive business growth- Managing cases and ensuring retention through the processing of extensions, renewals and mid-term adjustments- Manually pricing and reviewing quotes to ensure that they remain profitable for the company yet competitive- Following up quotes with calls to increase retention rate- Making pre-renewal calls to brokers, to establish any changes to the policy during the term are captured before the policy renews- Negotiating rate increase with brokers to ensure policies are operating profitably- Identifying opportunities for business growth by selling other services to brokers that might interest the client- General accounts management- Prioritising a highly varied workload whislt adhering to SLAs- Taking ownership of client queries and complaints, ensuring they are dealt with in an effective and timely manner, whilst managing their expectations- Responding to direct and indirect client queries via telephone and email- Working with the account's team and client to resolve account dispute
