Supervisory function, observing the operations on all the flights that Nahcoaviance handled and to ensure the agents/staff attached to the flights are working in accordance with the (SLA) service level agreements, between us and our customers. These oversight functions covers all our work areas i.e. Ramp, Cargo and passenger service operations. • Audits: Ensures the safe and efficient and reviews departmental procedures and practices, ensuring all documentation is kept up to date• Ensures all staff provides a quality customer service to both our external and internal customers.• Responsible for the Day to day running of our operations and resolving our customer complaints.• Implements operational procedures and air side safety policies for handling corporate aircraft• Carries out daily routine checks on operational Post flights• Produces statistical analysis for presentation to colleagues and senior Management i.e. monthly report trends performance etc.• Record and report to the line managers issues relating to safety in the workplace having taken immediate action and having made preliminary investigations• Represents the company at meetings both interdepartmental and with our client airlines.• Ensure proper usage of our ground equipment and recommending the serviceable ones for repair.• Responsible for maintaining close contact with all our customers to ensure that the service rendered is beyond expectation as promised.• Settlement of claims issues arising from our customers due breach of contracts or drifting from SLA.• Negotiation and bargaining of Service Charge with our Clients' Airlines.
