Growing hasn't been easy especially if you're from the coax area of orile iganmu in Lagos Nigeria. The zeal to succeed was evident but zeal isn't enough to achieve success. Years of engagement in different industry, firms most especially Agricultural firms help stimulate my interest during my 3 years stay in Idoani, Ondo state.My first major landmark occur after I successfully raised 1700 broilers with a detailed accounting and suitable marketing strategy which helped my firm to have an ROI of 22% in 2015My second landmark occur after I successfully cultivated over 5 hecters of land with Maize, Cassava and Pumpkin with an ROI of 18% in 2017I have also involved myself in Breading of snails, Rabbit and cultivation of mushroom in other to meet specific market demand.I had my major dip in 2020 during COVID-19 which I had a negative ROI due to government band and restrictions. This affected over 2000 broilers due to lack of feed and drugs to make them survive. After some days, I engaged myself in organic drugs which helped me in saving over 800 of the chicks. with this i have learnt to always have accurate planning for unforseen circumstances.Various training and Agricultural seminars has been anchored by me in other to expose people to Agricultural world, account keeping, Data collection and analysis, breeding and cultivation of Animals and crops respectively.Making sound decisions, accurate planning, hard work and dedication, Accurate account and record keeping and perceiving Agriculture as a Business not just an Hobby or a means of survival has helped me alot. This skills and many more can come in handy even if I find myself outside Agricultural Industry because when I set goals, I'm dedicated enough to achieve them
