Associate Director, Portfolio And Information Management
CurrentFocus on areas of Performance Management, Strategic Planning, Financial & Quantitative Analysis, Cost Management, Budget Planning, Project Management, Product Development, Marketing Campaign & Channel Management:- Supervise the portfolio & information management team to develop analytics solutions and models for the Consumer Banking business- Prepare and provide analytical dashboard to uphold a timely and quality delivery to stakeholders; and highlight issues / opportunities to business managers and recommend solutions- Identify business drivers and provide initiatives through analytical result of daily transactions, marketing campaign and new product review, etc.- Conduct financial & portfolio forecast and annual budget planning- Develop sales flow analysis & key performance indicators to support business in driving business growth and strategic planning- Provide advice and recommendations on the strategic decision-making process and highlight implications of strategic; and objective financial evaluation on business decisions / initiatives- Working with Product and Channel team from segment optimization, campaign design to post campaign analysis in order to enhance productivity and boost up profitability- Monitor progress against plan, analyze exceptions and trends and report on a regular basis to the business management- Closely monitor direct expenses spending and efficiency, including Head Count management and marketing accrual control- Formulate business plans for customer acquisition / customer retention purposes and explore new cross-selling opportunities to clients in order to achieve given targets- Streamline reporting process and perform analytical tasks by incorporate automation process- Taking a lead for system reengineering and database enhancement project
