Current- Advise and consult the importance of Intellectual Property and how it can protect client’s business.-To establish, develop and maintain business relationship with new and existing clients - Actively seek new sales opportunity via cold calling, networking other relevant mode of marketing- Assisting in all intellectual property and legal matters which include, amongst others, handling trademark and patent prosecutions , opposition and infringement- Providing trademark infringement analysis and preliminary infringement advice- Preparing document for submissions to the Intellectual Property Corporation of Malaysia (MyIPO)- Attending to client's queries and correspondences, assisting in business development activities - Monitoring application statues to ensure deadlines are met- To provide legal advice to clients on their IP rights (IPRS)
